These coaches can help you at any level of fitness. You can be a beginner like me, or you could be someone who has done crossfit for years and for right in. This coaching staff will help get you where you want to be with your fitness. They also offer Crossfit Kids that my son loves to go to each week!

The coaches genuinely care about each athlete and spend the necessary time to make sure everyone is performing the movements not only to the CrossFit standards, but to each athlete’s ability. ABV is truly a family of supportive coaches and athletes alike. I’ve dropped in at several boxes and have never experienced the same level of coaching anywhere else. Awesome Kids, JV and Varsity programs as well! It’s the only extracurricular my two daughters have never complained about and beg to go to everyday! Can’t say enough about CrossFit ABV!

(March 9, 2018, 7:09 am)There are two things that make CrossFit ABV so incredible: the coaching staff and the community. The coaches here are far more knowledgable than any personal trainers I have experienced. Ever since a lower back injury, I have been nervous about exercising. But, the coaches at ABV help scale any movements that may affect my back and have greatly increased my confidence. I can't say enough positive things about the community at ABV. Everyone is so supportive, welcoming, and encouraging.

The knowledge base and skill set of the coaches is unlike any gym I've ever been to. The coaches provide individualized and specialized attention to each athlete to ensure proper form and to avoid injury. I've had amazing results in both strength and endurance. I love the support from the other athletes. I highly recommend to anyone, no matter your experience or athletic ability.
