  My family and I just moved here.The property managers are very welcoming and nice here. Maintenance is nice as well. We have a lot of space here. I love it for my family. A lot of welcoming families here and children. We blend in well. Fort Mill is a growing great area for your children to grow up and experience their childhood years. Next door to the Queen city with a lot of fun entertainment. Forest Ridge is a nice community!

  I moved here four years ago from upstate New York which is a pretty nice area when I stumbled on Forest Ridge I fell in love and after speaking to the office manager I knew this was where I wanted to live for now, it's kids friendly you have couple playgrounds I haven't had any major issues with the kids sometimes they play football in the parking lot which isn't save my son has even gotten in the trouble for that but they're normal kids no vandalizing or none of that stuff! It's quiet to me I haven't had any issues with noise I don't know if it's where my unit is but I don't have any problem , in the summer it's a little bit more activity which is to be expected the pool is open so the kids love that as far as maintenance on my apartment if anything needed to be fixed I have never had to wait more than a day not even a day, I absolutely love the management staff they are great and friendly people which you don't really find much when renting in these kinds of establishment,i would absolutely recommend that anyone that wants peace and quiet and a friendly atmosphere to look into moving here and it's also pet friendly.

  I have been leaving here for about 3 weeks now. So far so good. I definitely would recommend them as a choice of residence if you are looking. Overall it is quiet and I have no complaints from noise whatsoever thus far. I have noticed outside it is kept very clean. The staff in the front office have been great since day one of me doing my application. I have worked personally with Jessie in the office and she is very nice and pleasant and helpful.The unit that I am in is very clean and decent for the price in my opinion compared to other places I was initially considering. My kids are now in the best schools! I had to use maintenance personnel once so far and they were very prompt and got what I needed fixed in a very timely manner.

  So far so good. I only wish maintenance could get to you faster but other then that I enjoy living here. Office is very helpful and understanding.
