    It was an awesome experience here at Better Boxes Self Storage. Thanks to Lori Shaffer for helping us organize. Been renting here since 2017 definitely check this place out

    Very clean facility. Every unit climate controlled. Easy access and friendly staff. Only negative was lack of carts when busy. Otherwise would definitely recommend this facility!

    Omg Rhonda is a true asset to this company!! Going above and beyond is an understatement. I've never seen such care and true concern come from one person. I recommend this place for your storage needs.

    I've been a customer for over 2 years now and I'm impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism I've received from this location! I can't recommend them enough! I have 3 storage units and the building is spotless, convenient and temperature controlled. 5 stars from me!

    Lori and her staff are always with a smile. They seek every way to accommodate their guest. I have been a customer since they opened with 5 different units. Every time of a needed change or concern they go above and beyond. If I was still a New Car Dealer I would do my best to hire them.
