  I have purchased at least 25 computers for both business and personal use from Randy over a period of many years and have always been pleased with the products and services I have received. Each of the computers performed as he said they would and on the very rare occasion that there was an issue , it was handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I have gone out of my way to recommend Randy to my friends and family precisely because of the way he and his employees do business. Sometimes the best solution is to start over with a fresh install of software. When this is the case we have to blank out or erase all the files in the computer and start from scratch.
