What Ms Smith is not telling you is that we tried to work with her and she wouldn't bring this car back to allow us the opportunity to rectify the problems she described. Although, this is the first I've heard of some of these problems. Its a machine and sometimes things happen that we have no control over. We've always gone over and above to try and make our customer happy but sometimes there are those that we can't. We have been in business for 10 years and have over 20+ years experience in this business and have always worked hard for our customers.
