Lake Homes on Lake Wylie

Steve Fuentes was an amazing realtor to work with when looking for a home on Lake Wylie. He has such a strong grasp on the lake market and goes above and beyond for his clients. He was with us every step of the way, was quick to stay on top of things with the sellers and the process, and did all he could to work on our behalf. He also sold our old home in South Park and worked hard to get us the most out of it that we could despite updates needed. I would work with and trust Steve with our home buying needs again hands down. Though we are hoping this dream lake house is our forever home - he did that good of a job finding us the right one!

Steve is the best real-estate agent on the planet! He taught me how to look past the facade of a great interior design and play the long game looking at the practical things that are more important. The house I ended up with has a lot of upgrades that mattered like a new AC/Heating system, and new roof. In the end, that mattered to me more than the color of the front door which I can always change! He's also morally centered with great ethics which I value. I highly recommend Steve!
