Great service! We had struggled for a year with a partially working refrigerator and a technician from another company who was incapable of fixing the problem despite repeated trips to our house. John immediately spotted the problem, and 24 hours later, I am very happy to report that our refrigerator is finally as cold as it is supposed to be! He arrived as scheduled and was very flexible.
Nothing is better than dealing with people who know what they are doing, and these people are experts. They are also very nice, punctual, and accommodating. They demonstrate their expertise by working efficiently and in a timely manner. Our concerns were wonderfully handled from our first call to replacing the heat element in our oven. GREAT JOB.
