  I was very impressed with Bob and Julie. They were very quick to come when I called, very knowledgeable, available anytime I had a question and went above their normal duties to help me out. I would recommend them to anyone.

  As much as I hate that we have had to call a restoration company twice in 6 months, we have called STOP both times. This second time was much worse, in between Christmas and New Years with damage on the the 2nd floor, 1st floor and crawl space. Gabriel and Jules were here within 2 hours, spent 6 hours here setting out all of the proper equipment, and even came by on a Saturday morning to make sure everything was still running properly. Gabriel and Jules has made this terrible time go as smoothly as possible, and we are VERY grateful. Now we wait for the repairs, but the remediation could not have been better.

  STOP is a great, they helped us in are time of need without any hesitation, answered all questions and concerns and were very knowledgeable, they also handled all the insurance stuff for us. JEWLS was are tech and she was awesome very knowledgeable and friendly always kept us in the loop. I definitely recommend this company if you are in need.

  Bob and his team are the best people I've worked with, both professionally and as human being. During a difficult time, the STOP team came in and did amazing work. Other restoration companies only offer certain aspect of restoration, they take care of everything end to end.Bob and his team are honest, reliable, and caring, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  My mom used them for a water leak. They helped us from start to finish. We're very happy with the results since a lot of other companies tried to take advantage of her. Bob and his team were honest and kept us informed the whole time. So thankful!
