The trainers Ashley, Yoshi and Conner have great energy on the mic and always push you to go above and beyond. Getting to sweat with this group of people is always a highlight of my day. I highly recommend this location and franchise!!

The coaches do a great job of putting together a challenging session and then encouraging the group through each exercise. Since joining, my fitness level and training discipline has increased dramatically, all thanks to the amazing team at ISI Fort Mill!
