(March 22, 2019, 10:58 pm)Really busy restaurant, got us seated after a short wait. Fast service and friendly staff. Food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. Got the whole flounder and was perfect. Great parking, clean restaurant and overall great experience.

(March 18, 2019, 11:37 am)Food was great. Long wait to get in but it was worth it. They have change the design of their hushpuppies and made them smaller therefore you eat more than you should. Some were fried very hard some were over cook. Didn't like the salt and pepper coating on my fish but the shrimp was delicious. Could have used more butter for my potato but the waitress was so busy that it was hard to get their attention for more. Must ask for extra when placing your order.
I would have liked more lighting in the place since I have difficulty seeing in darkly lit places. Yes I will go back so maybe they will correct the problems I mention. Great job waitress for handling such a large crowd. -

(February 22, 2019, 2:25 pm)This is by far, the best Surf n Turf in the area. The hush puppies are amazing, the catfish was tasty, very fresh and well seasoned and the chicken; well. I love fish but the chicken at Captain Steve's is simply irresistible..! Busy place..come hungry, the staff takes great care of you.

We love Captain Steves... Gets a little busy after 6pm....but never a long wait. Wednesday night is kids eat free (love that) Great Hushpuppies... kids under 3 get a free shrimp plate every night. Great seafood and kids choices. Kids get a menu and crayons....fun activites keep them busy.
