    Love this studio--the instructors are awesome and the front desk staff is amazing. I will keep going as long as I can!

    Very friendly studio with excellent instructors. After only 4 classes, my early morning back stiffness was gone. This was my first experience with Pilates. I am sold and will become a regular!

    I am a newbie to Pilates and yoga. I have been taking classes now for almost 3 months and couldn't be happier! Classes are small (maximum of 6 people) so we get a lot of personalized attention from the instructors. The prices are competitive, especially if you buy a package. Lately I have been doing the Mat Pilates classes with Gayle Stefanelli. She's amazing!
    Getting stronger everyday.

    I had a wonderful Mat Pilates class last week and I love the space. It is a clean and calming studio. The room for mat pilates look a bit small so you might want to sign up in advance to make sure your spot is reserved. It is located in the same suit with the health center which provides chiro, massage service. The people at the front desk people were friendly and welcoming.
