The club house backs to the swimming pool includes amenities like gym, rest rooms, kids activity center, yoga room, tiny library with reading room, lobby and a tiny kitchen. It also has a pavilion to one side of the building. Community can rent the pavilion for various events. Community get together and dodas are also held in the pavilion. Access to amenities and rest rooms is controlled via key fobs. The club house is inaccessible between 11 PM & 5 AM.”
