  The Office Gym is a great local business to support! The owner is extremely knowledgeable about which equipment and program is the best fit for your needs . The gym is kept seriously clean and the huge variety of equipment is always in good working order. Folks that members are friendly and Flex is an incredibly fun and smart gym mascot! The extended hours are perfect for people with erratic work schedules . Caleb is looking for someone to teach some classes at his gym and I’m looking forward to some fun Zumba or hip hop or dance classes.

  This is one of the most amazing gyms in the area. Never too crowded and all of the other members are friendly too. You never have to worry about feeling judged if you are new to lifting. I’ve been working out at there since high school and all through college and the new owner has made this place even better. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable about so many things related to health and fitness.

  Best gym in the Lake Wylie area for sure! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. I love that it's a family owned gym, not a huge franchise. The owner, Caleb, is always helpful and excited to have new members! The space is huge with tons of weight lifting and cardio equipment. I rarely have to wait around for a machine. Be sure to check it out if you're looking for a 24 hour gym!

  I love this gym. No fluff. No fillers. Plenty of free weights. They also have a great variety of cardio and circuit machines to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, one of the best saunas I’ve been in. I’m really happy the new owner is putting money into remodeling and updated equipment.

  The Office is the gym that has absolutely ruined other gym experiences for me because of how great it is. You simply can't beat what the Office offers. Its open 24/7 so its accommodating to my insanely busy schedule, the staff is super friendly, and its up to date with all the latest equipment. highly recommend this gym if you are new to the Lake Wylie/Clover area!
