  I’ve been happily living in my apartment for one year. The apartment was brand new when I moved in and has been well maintained. Management is readily available 7 days a week. I have wonderful neighbors, but also have plenty of privacy. The two car garage is great to have.

  Even though we have been living here for a short time as of this review, it has been an awesome experience. First off, the office and maintenance staff are top notch. They're responsive, have great attention to detail and are prompt on service or answering any questions we might have. These are brand new construction so it comes with the territory to run into a few small things. For instance- a couple days before Christmas our oven didn't work. It turned out to be a breaker, but the maintenance gentleman came out on the weekend within an hour of my call and replaced it immediately. The staff at the office is a pleasure to deal with and you'll probably end up on a first-name basis. Any time we need anything, they are all over it!
  
  The apartments themselves are beautiful and have a great layout. The really nice thing is you can't hear anything when you're inside! I can't hear my neighbors and after chatting with them, they can't hear us, either. When you're in the garage with the door closed, you can't hear anything from inside, either. Nice and sound-proofed.
  
  Overall, the community is wonderful. The neighbors have all been very friendly and it's honestly just really nice to leave or come home for the day and have a neighbor wave hello when you go by. Nice little neighborhood.
