They are fast and efficient, and most importantly honest!
We have had them come out to repair several things, and they always do a great job.
We had a washer that broke, and instead of trying to talk us into repairing it (which would have been hundreds of dollars in parts and labor), Joe suggested we just replace it, which surely cost him to lose money.
They are the top of our list of places to call when we need service on something!

My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with Appliance Parts and Services. We recently bought a dishwasher that Home Depot said would not fit in the space where our previous one was. Jake came out and had our dishwasher up and running within 20 minutes. These guys are consummate professionals. My parents use them as well, and I recommend them to anyone I know who is having issues with an appliance.
Called for service on Monday. I was asked several questions about my dryer issues and an appointment was set for Tuesday. I was called prior to the appointment that the employee was on the way. He fixed my problem quickly as he had the necessary parts on his truck. The fee was very reasonable. I am very glad to have found Appliance Parts and Service and will keep their number handy.
Absolutely AWESOME!! I called last minute, not knowing who to call, and they were so sweet on the phone, and was able to squeeze me in THAT day even though they were booked. When he came he was very professional and pleasant, and fixed my problem quickly. Affordable and fast! A+A+A+
