We had a wonderful experience getting our family physicals here. We are a family of 5 and saw Dr. Richards and Dr. Koffi. Both were very kind, professional and great with our kids. The lab tech was great as well and my blood draw was painless. The receptionists and nurses were friendly. I'm sorry for those who've had bad experiences here, but that was not the case for us.
Asiedu and his PA are friendly and caring.
I got my annual physical and biometric screening done here. The staff is friendly and prompt. The nurse who took my blood did it in such a way that it did not even hurt. Dr. Ricardson answered all of my questions and was very nice. They even faxed the results of my screening into my insurance company for me. I'm glad I choose this place for my primary care.
I continue to have very good experiences. After some staffing changes when Dr. Bectel left, I finally settled in with PA Koffi and his assistant Taylor the past four or five visits. Very considerate, caring and good follow through. Last week when I was there the admin staff needed some paperwork changes. Could not have been nicer. Toughest job in medicine is that of family practice. Thanks Caromont Lake Wylie.
