  From the moment I called Ryan Guest, I knew we were in good hands! He was friendly and professional, as well as prompt and very helpful. He was informative and stayed in communication! We had him come out and inspect our roof. He's instructed us to keep him informed on our claim process, so that he can help us through it and come back out to meet with the insurance adjuster when needed. I got his information through my sister in law who was also very pleased with his work. I'm so thankful I did!

  A huge thank you to Merritt Roofing for taking us through the entire process of replacing our roof. From the first call until the last insurance check was written Susan was absolutely the best! She was very responsive and professional answering all of our questions and preparing us for the next steps. The construction manager Will was also great to work with. He made sure we understood why our roof was in need of repair and took care even after then job was done to come by and remove the extra roofing materials. We can’t recommend this company enough!

  Storm damaged roof that needed replacement. Susan from the office got got the ball rolling explaining every step of the process. William came in to do the inspection and also met up with my insurance adjuster. Roof was stripped in less then three hours and the new roof in place about 4 hours later. William inspected the final product and made sure the cleanup was complete. No complaints. Great job. Very professional from start to finish.

  Merritt Roofing is the best you can ask for. Once you make the initial call they take all of the stress off of your shoulders. Job was done in no time and at a great price. If your looking for a great roofing company you will find it in them.

  Thank you so much to Susan Ryder for your perseverance in dealing with my insurance to get the roof work done. We really appreciate your tireless efforts and patience when working with them from the beginning to the end of the claim process. You're very thorough and very professional. We are blessed having Susan handling this case for us.
  
  We also want to specially thank Mr. William for his thorough works on top of the roof in taking pictures many many times to send to the insurance and meet with the inspectors. He also performed a walk-through after the roof and gutters works are done. We really appreciate Mr. William and the roof workers for their hard work on top of the roof. They managed to get all the works done in 1 day. Outstanding.
