It’s a great place to live, the management is nice and informative about the move in and buying process. It’s not overly expensive. I can live here for less than most rental places and less than most mortgages and the plus side of this is that you can own them now. Great for first time home owners like us.

This is a very well kept community. Everyone has their own space, not over crowded and many friendly people. Also very reasonable pricing but the only difference is that the Mobile homes are not for rent. You have to buy them.

This place is quiet which is good for sleeping there is not a lot of noises and loud sounds and kids are not allowed outside at night with out an adult which they are thinking about others buy the thing is when someone's toilet backs up everyone can smell it and everyone in that group/street can smell it because they are all on one drain but it is not as strong as you think in your mind but it is a good place to live
