  Dr. Paxtor is fantastic, my son absolutely loves him. The nurses are great as well. Anytime my son is sick we are always able to get an appt the same day. Also, I love how the whole office, even the rooms are decorated in certain themes. The only thing I would complain about is that the office staff (front desk) don't have too much of a personality... don't get me wrong, they do their job correctly, they could just be friendlier.

  Dr. Patel is always patient and thorough with our son and has been since he was born. We never feel rushed and he will answer any and all questions you have. The staff are genuinely kind and courteous and will help you as a parent in any way they can. It’s a wonderful office. The doctor/patient ratio is kept down because they only accept patients from birth. They don’t have 10 doctors in the practice, just a few. So if you appreciate one on one care with the same doctor each visit and easy to schedule sick visits, this is the office you’re looking for.

  Everyone is very friendly. We love Dr Paxtor! However, the one main complaint is the wait time. It takes almost 45 minutes from the appointment time to be seen. This can be quite a challenge when stuck in a small exam room with a restless preschooler.

  There are so many good things to share, where do I begin? I love how prompt the office is to return phone calls and get my child back to the exam room once we arrive (like a well-oiled machine!). There’s never a ton of people in the waiting room, which is great - they even have the well check / sick room divided. The immunizations nurse is so efficient and gentle; she’s a pro! And we also appreciate how approachable the doctor is, and that he calls back personally if we have an odd question. Happy patient, happy momma!
