(October 24, 2018, 4:54 pm)This is a busy place, no doubt, but the management & staff here are stellar people. I would love to mention a few names but that might not be appropriate. I am in the hotel business & customer service is not always easy, but this particular location treats everyone like someone special, no matter how long & stressful their days can be. If you are in a hurry, then get there early when they open or later in the afternoon. Either way, you will be greeted & treated with the friendliest, most compassionate & hard working group of people I have ever known. -Dale R / Rock Hill, SC
