I have shopped at Allison Love's Fine Jewelry for over 20 years. I am sad to say that recently and currently the customer service is pathetic and the jewelry repair prices are too high. I went in the other day to pick up a piece I was having repaired and I was told it was not done and the lady would not go check on my item while I was there either.
