  Brisket was not good. Maybe just a SC thing not sure. Green beans, sweet tea and mac cheese were excellent. And the cornbread! Need to work on that brisket though, chewy, fatty tough no good smoke or burnt ends at all.

  Wonderful place to eat. We get the plater for four it has a assortment off meats with your side dishes and drinks. Just looking to get back for another visit. Staff has been above and beyond to help and serve you. Get a chance to try them then they will be seeing you again. Enjoy!

  My first visit since the remodel (1-31-2019).
  Looks so nice. The people are awesome.
  
  I love to eat here.
  Yes, it’s a chain but it’s really, really good.
  Everything is very good!
  I have eaten here since 2005.

  Went in for a quick bite at lunch, and I gotta admit, haven’t eaten at a chain restaurant that made me feel at home in years.
  
  Pulled pork is awesome and the sauces are great as well.
  
  Cooked well, served fast, and the staff here was awesome.
  
  More kudos to this place for feeding me and making me walk out smiling.

  Much better than expected since it is more like a fast food BBQ restaurant. The hostess sat us quickly and our server took our order very timely as well. The salad bar was a great addition, just would have been nice to have more items to choose. The food came out quickly also and exactly how we requested. The service was very good.
