(July 7, 2021, 7:47 am)I would recommend this place to anyone that has a child or even an adult that is interested in MMA/Jiu-Jitsu, etc. To give this place a try. My 15 year old loves it and the Trainer/MMA fighter Keith Robinson is the best. He takes one on one time with his clients and group time. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!!
(July 14, 2020, 12:00 pm)Where else can you get training with pro athletes. Your learning the correct techniques and getting an amazing in the process. And the owner Keith is a pro MMA fighter and Joe (teaches the wrestling class is a retired Pro MMA fighter). And the other trainers are highly experiences!

I took my 11 year old son and my 13 year old daughter to train this place for a few weeks since my son doesn't like the activity very much and as a teenager they need to release all that energy so we gave MMA a chance and They really liked everything they did there. The atmosphere is familiar, the coaches are very good, professional and very patient. We had a great time every time we are there.
