Josh Bigby made us feel like close friends off the bat and never made us feel inferior for being new to the senior care life and answered our questions with knowledge and grace. He remained objective and even came in on a Saturday to talk things through with us. They go above and beyond to make sure the transition for the person in question (in this case my father) is as seamless as possible. They even set him up with a tenured resident to show him around the place and help get him acquainted. I am so thankful for Brookdale, Josh, and the whole crew that has been with us since the beginning!

He made sure we got what we needed that fit within our budget. I am comforted to know my Mom will be surrounded by caring people and a great community!

(September 18, 2013, 9:07 am)As the owner of a home care organization in York County, SC I have the opportunity to be in senior communities all the time. Chandler Place is a special place with a special culture that is warm, friendly and welcoming. The residents who live there are not pretentious, they are helpful to each other and truly enjoy living there.
I would be perfectly comfortable having my parents or any other family members live at Chandler Place and highly recommend the community.
