  I have had a wonderful experience with this company all the way across the board hands down. The installation crew that came out to my house today BJ and Nick was fantastic. They installed our new unit for us and was very thorough and knowledgeable with their work. They got the job done in a great time and on top of it they was very friendly and nice. They made sure that we was knowledgeable about our product and how to use it before they left our house. They was very clean and organized with their work and we greatly appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family or anyone that I know in need of service. Thank you for the great work and being friendly and nice. My whole experience from the sales contractor to the installation crew was the best I ever had and those guys deserve to be awarded for the great job they done. They made us want their busy and made us feel like we mattered to them as their customers I would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

  My AC wasn't working and only becoming hotter inside my house. Had checked the breaker box, or so I'd thought. Everything else in the house worked. Called Brothers since they had recently tuned up my AC unit. Although it took a couple of days to get someone out, which was totally unlike Brothers, Michael came out at 11:00 PM. He did a thorough check and to my surprise, yes, it was the breaker had been turned off. Once again, Brothers got me back into the cool.

  Traveled all the way from Rock Hill to Cornelius for my service call. Arrived and had a diagnosis within ten minutes. He had one item needing replacement and suggested adding a Hard Start Kit. He explained fully what it does and the advantages of the kit. Very thorough and professional. I am a monthly program member and feel that is a value. The only negative was I had to wait 24 hours for a service call but the dispatcher said they were very busy and they did call on the day of the service call to advise an accurate arrival time.

  I recently moved and when my air conditioning stopped working just when I was expecting a houseful of company, I immediately contacted Brothers Heating & Cooling. I had received excellent service from them for the past 5 years and had enjoyed having their service plan. Daniel called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was thorough, answered all of our questions, and got our system up and running. Thanks again, Daniel for a great job.
  
  I was extremely pleased with the service I received both from Brother's Heating Cooling Plumbing, as well as my service technician Winston. When I phoned to schedule an appointment, my call was answered promptly by an actual person, as opposed to one of those computerized answering systems. I was able to quickly get an appointment that was convenient for me. Winston called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing in a clear and "consumer friendly" manner, without being overly technical nor condescending. When he entered my home, Winston covered his shoes so as to not track dirt and debris into my home, which I appreciated. Additionally, Winston was courteous, responsive, personable, and thorough. I had used another company in the past to do my twice a year heating and air conditioning "check-ups" but their overall customer service was mediocre at best. This was the second time I have had Brothers at my home. Winston made me feel like a valued customer.
