1st impression: Back in 2017 my husband and I with zero experience in purchasing a “new build” we walked into Ryan homes and We spoke to the 1st person we seen. No particular reason or qualifications we just knew we wanted our own home. We introduce ourselves and say “we want to buy a house… what do we do?!” Lol Not wanting a real estate agent we asked all initial questions and progressed in the process, bought our home, lived in it.

Fast forward 4 years later, we wanted to sell the same house that had been a blessing to us.

Allow me to clarify… Tracy at the time we had no clue who she was, never seen or received help from her beyond via Ryan homes, but with that VERY tiny interaction she had left a huge impression.

So again… fast forward to 2022 here we are ready to sale and the 1st person we considered was “that woman who was so kind at Ryan homes & I think I still have her number!” So we call her let her know we’re not in a hurry to sale and are happy where we are but did want something bigger to accommodate. She was patient, understanding and went at our pace.

About 2 weeks later we decided to get more aggressive about buying so we told her “we’re ready to sell!” She hit the ground running with little to no effort on our part and before the house could make it to the market… it sold! Yes, the market (at the time) was perfect for sellers and knew we would sell fast but Tracy’s knowledge and expertise of how to properly list a house… TO SELL! (in my opinion) what got it to sell before it even had a chance to be removed from “coming soon.”

The closing of our 1st house has now come and gone and I had to genuinely leave a honest review on how AMAZING Tracy truly is. Between communication and preparation. She worked weekends, and nights. Answered every question and never made us feel stupid for asking.

No, we’re not done with her just yet lol because shes getting us through the construction of our new home! She came with is to buy and negotiate terms to our new home and after realizing how seamless having her and her knowledge would have been for our 1st buy, we realized we genuinely would have been better off having her then but are truly THANKFUL to have her now.

The unfortunate truth is as AA person we don’t always receive the most respect, thoughtful, caring, hardworking and professionalism that we should receive but with Tracey, we got all of that and more & we THANK YOU!
