  Roto rooter came out to my house after a plumbing back up concern, quickly verified what repairs were needed. Fixed the concern temporarily and scheduled the full repair for a later date. Pleased with the service technicians knowledge and expertise.

  Their tech was very cordial and stuck to his original quoted rate although I think he spent much longer on our clog than he anticipated. He ended up having to try all three of the vents for access, including under the house which eventually allowed him to get to the clog. The whole process took awhile, but by no fault of the tech's. And I wasn't rushed so I appreciated the thoroughness. Also, these guys were able to get out at least 1/2 day faster than anyone else, which was very important with our clog and back-up causing the whole house to basically shut down any water use. I would recommend to anyone.

  Troy Smith (and Russell from the day before) were: Professional, Knowledgeable, Precise, Prompt, completed the installation thus repaiing the sink issue quickly. We had to order a special part thus Russell's 24 hour shift ended and Troy seamlessly installed the sink faucet hose system.
  
  I can't thank them enough. Given knee replacement and another on the way, age, and have reached the point where bending is tough, Troy and Russel were great to work with. 2 committed pros.

  I own a local automotive repair shop here in Fort Mill. We had a blocked drain pipe so I called Corey at Roto Rooter in Rock Hill. She was very polite and helpful over the phone. She called and updated me regarding the estimated time the plumber would arrive, which I found very helpful as a business owner. Russell came out and was extremely helpful and polite. I felt he went above and beyond just clearing the pipe and also provided another fitting that would allow us to access the pipe in the event we were to have issues later down the road. The price was very reasonable and well within the expected services they provide. I also got a warranty for 30 days in the event everything wasn't cleared out. I would absolutely use them again and never felt they were taking advantage of the situation as in a lot of case with commercial properties. Thank you for your help and providing great service!
