(November 22, 2021, 12:39 pm)OMG! What a great place. Southern scratch cooking. Absolutely the BEST fried chicken I ever ate. Some of the best collards (simple recipe that brings out the flavor perfectly) and the lumpy mash and gravy were delicious, too.
Meat lover's omelet and home fries (customize with onions, peppers, etc.) and the bacon were also fantastic.
Coffee was good. Not burnt like a lot of places. Super friendly southern-style service.
7 miles off the interstate and well worth the detour.
