  I lovvvve this place its great for kids great for adults my baby enjoyed every moment it is a great experience for everyone and now i want to become a member of the museum i cant wait till saturday when we go back and the team their was amazing best custer service

  This hidden gem is such a fun place for kids and adults! So much to learn and look at! I loved the interactive things in each room.

  Nice collection of wildlife specimens from around the world. They have a replica of a giant sloth. Free on Sundays.

  A great place to go on field trips, and I love seeing new exhibits every time I go! Overall, it really is a great place.

  This is our new favorite museum and definitely worth the drive from Charlotte. We watched the planetarium show and looked through the dioramas and interactive educational exhibits with our boys (ages 6 and 8) and practically had the place to ourselves on a weekday afternoon. Their favorite part was the extensive collection of natural artifacts like bird eggs and bones, animal jaws and furs, and rock and mineral samples. The staff was wonderful. Seriously the best we've encountered anywhere. They were knowledgeable and helpful, and spoke well with the kids, engaging with them in a way strangers almost never accomplish.
