  Get Fit with Troy was just what I was looking for. I need to be pushed and he’s the person that will do it. I have never sweat???? so much in my life (But in a good way) I started with his Bootcamp and haven’t looked back. I feel so much stronger and healthier. Thanks! Troy

  I've been going to Get Fit with Troy since February 26, 2018 and my last weigh in on May 21st, I've lost a total of 29 lbs. I think Troy is an Awesome trainer! He makes each workout worth it, you don't get bored. Troy gives you information to use and if you follow his advice and give 100%, you will see results! I'm so glad Troy is really passionate about what he does and I'm truly thankful I made the decision to change my life. If you're looking for results, Go see Troy!

  Troy has been my personal trainer for more than a year, he has been motivating me to train harder, and push my limits because he knows I can do it. I have seen many of his (personal training and bootcamp) clients transform successfully and I am very proud to call him my personal trainer! If you are serious about improving your health and diet, and you want to see results, you WILL need to go see Troy!!

  I can't begin to tell you how beneficial Troy's training program has been for both me and my wife. He's demanding but he gives you the tools to be successful. You'll see the results so long as you stick with the program. If you're serious about improving your health and getting in better shape, you can't do any better in Rock Hill than Troy.

  I have been working out with Troy for a year now. I have lost 55 lbs and gained strength that I never thought I would have. I would not be where I am today without Troy’s motivation and encouragement. He continues to push me past my limits and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings! I love Get Fit with Troy!!
