(June 16, 2021, 7:33 pm)I took a 32” Samsung TV to Gerald as I was having difficulty getting it to turn on. I figured it had to be something relatively simple. Gerald was able to diagnose and repair the TV in just a few days and even cleaned the dust off the set as it had been sitting idle for about 2 years! I was very pleased with his work and he gave me a background of his career in electronics including his tour of duty on the JFK aircraft carrier during the Gulf War. As a Vietnam Era vet and ‘wannabe jet jock, I was really interested in his stories. I have a 46” Samsung that has developed a problem with the color and I’ll be taking it to him for repair next week. His prices are very fair and certainly beat the “Repairmen in a Box” types who seem to not look for the sensible repairs and overkill with selling you more than you need. He replaced 2 capacitors on the 32“ TV which made the parts needed very inexpensive. I highly recommend his services and he’ll be my “go to” electronic repair person in the future.
