  They treat my cats with care. They're always prepared for the mean kitty and they never complain OR make me feel guilty about her reactions to vet visits. The last vet I went to (and left several years ago) had a bad habit of making me feel like I was an awful pet owner. The vets and Palmetto are always very caring and listen to my concerns.

  Me and my dog had a good experience here. He was seen and I hope that he improves from the meds he was prescribed. We will see how it goes.

  My dog was badly hurt and I took her here. The staff is warm and friendly. She was well taken care of.

  I love this office!! I brought my dog in on an emergency visit - and they got me in right away. My dog required surgery due to getting attacked - and they put me at ease knowing she was in good hands. The nurses were so nice and caring, and the doctor was very professional. Thank goodness they were right down the road, and even though they had a very busy day (office was full), they never made me feel like i was intruding. True professionals! The front girls even helped me figuring out to how apply for care credit, which was a lifesaver. Again, i couldn't say more about the staff.

  I have went to several other vet hospitals in the area, and i am VERY happy to switch to Palmetto Vet. Walking in, the front office staff was very friendly - even took the time to love on my happy fluffy boy, which made him feel welcome and at ease. The techs and doctor were also great, informative and you cant beat the reasonable prices! I will let everyone know what a great visit this was.
