(October 17, 2018, 3:08 pm)I wanna put in a good word for these folks... I'm bought 3 pallets of tall fescue sod for a local customer. Because of some miscommunication they did what no construction company ever does but what every good customer service based company should do.
They came back and corrected the issue, the sod got placed at the road because of just a miscommunication but the guy in charge at Carolina Fresh Farms took it upon himself and made it right. He sent the driver back, the driver moved the sod for us so we wouldn't have to spend an extra 2 to 3 hours and stand in the road loading the sod into wheelbarrows.
Something to keep in mind when you're choosing asod company. Just think about customer service.... plus they are cheaper.
