Husband and I moved her about 6 months ago and have been loving it. Dog friendly, well maintained and an incredible maintenance staff that is extremely helpful and quick.
Jason and Tom are always fast to respond, and take care of any concerns almost immediately. Jason had my dryer fixed and back to normal in less than an hour!

I've lived in the community for a little over 2 years now with my parents and our dog and its been wonderful honestly. Everyone has been very helpful and kind since moving in, staff and tenants included! Brittney and Rachel in the leasing office have been great with answering any questions I've had and welcoming us in!
The gym/pool/patio area has become my favorite place to hangout! The gym is always clean and organized no matter what time of day I choose to go (plus I loved seeing the new equipment in the yoga room!).
Maintenance has also been on top of everything Ive needed since moving in. Along with keeping up with normal yearly maintenance, we know if there's ever a problem we can call Tom and he will be there asap to help us! I had this wonky blender that would blow out fuses every time I used it, and every time I would call Tom to repair it he would be there immediately! It's so nice to know that the community really cares about its tenants!
Avalon has been really great, there's a nice mixture of ages from young kids to older adults and everyone in between! It was also very important for us to live in a pet friendly environment with our dog, and Avalon is that! The dog play areas, the dog "spa", the doggie bag stations all over the property really are nice to see and have come in very handy!
I had a problem with the electricity in my unit and Jason from maintenance came over and fixed the problem immediately. He knew exactly what to do to make the repair. He was even kind enough to work around my schedule so that I can be home. I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you so much Jason :)
Rachel from the leasing office is also wonderful. I had an issue not finding my package recently and she walked over to the package room and found it for me. Everyone here is very nice and pleasant. The property and common areas are always super clean. It’s a very nice place to live and always so very well maintained!
My husband and I have been living at Avalon Old Bridge for just over a year now and we love living here!! Brittney was our Community Consultant, she made us feel welcome from the very first time we met for our virtual tour of the property.
The team at Avalon Old Bridge is very helpful and always available to answer all your questions!!
Maintenance is also great and always responsive and accommodating...we had some minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and Tom was able to help us immediately.
Love the community, It’s very clean and well kept. ALSO super dog friendly!!

Their staff Nancy is extremely nice and helpful to assist us. Questions are always answered quickly. Moving in is easy and they have an online portal for communication.
The maintenance staff Tom is very professional and helpful.
They have wonderful community with state of arts gym (clean), luxury (common area) and outdoor fire pit
with a huge outdoor pool for summer.
I feel I live in a very safe, convenient and luxury complex.
I am here to tell you, I have made a good decision to move into Avalon Old Bridge.
I would recommend this community to everyone.
