Current resident.. Been here since 2012 and I love it here, especially my newly renovated apartment... Great location in rock hill and not far from Charlotte
I went with a friend of mine to Fields Patriot Apartments the staff was friendly and excited to show the apartments. we both thought nicely laid out, clean and nice amenities.. also putting a place for barbecue outside.. close to I-77 restaurants nearby.. I would definitely recommend STOPPING by and have a look.. we was a little concerned about a 3 star review 3 months ago but since then they have had New Management..
Great clean community.... Nice amenities for the whole family. Really enjoy the proximity to the highway. Michelle in the office has been very helpful and responsive. The fresh landscaping and continue renovations continues to enhance the community.
