I live in South Carolina and was looking for a storage unit for my daughter who currently lives in Queens. I never used a storage company before but Jeremy answered all of my questions as well as return all of my phone calls in a timely manner. Jeremy is knowledgeable, kind and have a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a storage unit. Thank you again Jeremy for making this transaction smooth and allowing me as mom to have a peace of mind.

Jeremy Jones and Nate Fields were incredibly helpful and were patient although my brother and I took longer than an hour to get our things into storage. They both have great customer service skills and made what could have been a very stressful situation, a seamless one!
