(January 2, 2019, 9:46 pm)Great place to launch your kajak. Take a left go down to the bridge. Trace the shoreline and check out the birds. Go past the bridge to the right to the old railroad trestle. Go left into the wildlife sanctuary. On the way back enjoy the waves provided by the boats.

(December 23, 2018, 2:19 am)Very nice landing. Depending on the tide you could climb down into certain places and relax for the day. Not a place where you can swim but you can deffinently step away from the port and fish.
