Burns Ford of York

We were headed out of town to take our Veteran/Military tribute car to Memphis to honor our fallen heroes this Memorial Weekend. We were scheduled to do a tribute pass in the car and it will be televised. Right before we were leaving town our brakes went completely out on our 2016 F150, which is our tow vehicle. Burns Ford service manager, David, jumped straight on our truck and helped get our truck fixed so that we would not miss our veteran memorial service. I can't say enough about the team at Burns and how they support our military and veterans!

I was very pleased with Scott's performance from the first time I came here which was on April 24. He was straight up no sugar coating on anything. He had a great knowledge of of all the vehicles. I mean all the vehicles down to the simplest scratch. I came back and purchased a vehicle on the 26th and with him it was all worth it. I will mostly certainly recommend Burns to family and friends and tell them to ask for Scott.

I had the BEST experience with Scott. First off I just want to thank Laura because she found my friend Vicki a SUV and that's what spurred her to tell me to go check them out. I went in not expecting to get anything but really needing something bigger for my kids and that's when Scott found me a van and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Very affordable for me. Big shout out to Scott and Laura they are the best!
