  Mike is the greatest and knows what to do when it comes to trailers! I own a motorcycle dealership and looked at trailers for 6 months you name them I looked at them. Then I met Mike, and he seemed to know what my needs where and took time to listen! I bought a custom built 24 foot and could not be happier.... I WOULD NOT WASTE TIME LOOKING AND CALL MIKE!

  The girls at the front were inviting and polite, and gave me all the information I needed for our fifth wheel install. There were no surprises and no problems. I highly recommend this business for your trailer needs and look forward to coming back when it is time to purchase a metal overhang.

  Thank you for your input Joseph V. however the part that is not told is that your trailer was bought over 3 years ago and you use the trailer every single day in your business. You have recently over the past months started having mechanical problems which we addressed several times. Maintenance is a must and may I add that its very hard to do repairs over the phone or by pictures via email which is where you had most of your frustrations for our hands were tied until you physically brought the unit to us for repair. ~ Yes, as an owner, I normally don't hang up on customers for you're a rare case; but as well, men do not call here to yell at my employees which are all women at the front desk. I protect my girls and I must say you sir were very rude at certain times. ~ Now, as for the trailer itself, you wanted a full refund for your trailer after using it for 3 years, not once would you accept a trade-in which would have been the logical way to solving your problems.

  Quality, hand made product at a great price. I had been looking on line and shopping around the area for a 5x8 utility trailer. I stopped in Carolina and the young lady in the front was very nice and knew her products. She asked which axle I wanted and a few other questions to get an idea of what I wanted and the price for those wants. She walked me around back and showed me the trailer that she had. It is a great trailer and the materials and construction was far better then what is available at the Lowes or Tractor Supply. I was very pleased with the construction and the materials used to build the trailer. After selecting my axle weight and tire size CT prepped the trailer. While they go the trailer ready, the girls in the front took care of the paper work. They were extremely fast and within a few minutes the title and other documents were ready to go. Before pulling away with the trailer, they did a test of the electrical system to make sure that the lights were working properly when connected to my truck.
  I not only recommend Carolina Trailer, I will continue to do business with CT in the future!

if you want a trailer that breaks down constantly this place is for you customer service is awful they even hang up on you when you call them my trailer is so bad I can't get them to take it back can't wait to get rid of this piece of junk they sold me. went to GGT trailers in Concord very professional and solved all the problems that Carolina trailer wouldn't fix ,cost me an additional $800.
