They explained everything in detail and even let me take a look at the failure point on my old transmission parts. The price was fair and although it took a short while for the work to be completed I was confident it was being done correctly. Would take any of my cars back to them in a heartbeat but hopefully it won't be necessary!”

For that kind of service, don't expect routine things to get fixed right away unless you make an appointment. I enjoy the pace of a neighborhood shop and they have always been honest with me. They even went over my RV in great detail when they found out I was traveling across the country by myself. Took the time to explain how every thing on it worked since I was a first time RVer. “After reading the reviews, I took my Ford Truck to John to have a check engine light thinking that it would be a minor issue. Despite John's busy schedule he made time to fit my truck in for a diagnosis the same day. Unfortunately the prognosis for my vehicle was not good. The engine would have to be replaced. John began day one working on my claim with the warranty company making the case that they should pay for the engine. After a couple of weeks of back and forth with the company that was looking for any reason not to pay, they finally agreed to cover the repair of the engine minus the wearable parts. Thanks to John persistence, what could have been a financial setback for me and my family was turned into a successful repair. John communicated frequently and sent pictures of the engine replacement. John even called to check on the truck to make sure it was running well after the work was completed. I will recommend John to friends and family and look forward to using him often for our vehicle repair and maintenance needs. John is the real deal. His level of determination, and care to look out for the needs of his customers is exceptional.”

“I made a new years resolution to do more google reviews. I also will only be doing reviews when I have meaningful and helpful things to say. I decided to go into Lake Wylie Euro and check it out. I ended up meeting EVERYONE. I notice everything when I go to a business. I pay attention to cleanliness, how I'm greeted, "team chemistry" of employees. I look at how other customers are treated, most all. While there I witnessed the Owner (Nick) stop what he was doing to take a customers 20+ year old BMW for a service that was needed, that they couldn't perform (at another competitor's facility). That was so awesome to see! Otherwise he was deep in the "trenches working" as the other mechanics would. Impressive leadership... I enjoyed speaking with the service advisor Ryan. He was happy to answer all of my simple and complicated questions. He never made me feel stupid or out of place. I, also, witnessed Ryan serving a ,very happy, repeat customer... I saw this team go above and beyond for the other their customers, today... and still make time to entertain my questions. I am excited to see them, more, in the future!! The team work that I witnessed , while there, was nothing short of amazing. No wonder there were high dollar car's parked all over... those owners trust them. In closing ,they have a nice waiting area, professional operation, clean estaishment, offer customers refreshments, and have awesomely friendly staff that is lead by an excellent "head coach". I got the "warm and fuzzy" !!! BRAVO NICK, to you and your band of merry men!”

I decided to give them a try and was met with friendly, professional, and speedy service. It was cool to be able to watch them do the alignment the “old-school” way and my car drives great after the service! The price was very reasonable, and although some of the reviews say that they only take cash or check, you can use a card to pay, they just transfer the bank fees to the cost of your service so it’s a couple dollars if you go that route.
