“We run an agency, and our printer is a very important part of our business. We lease our Xerox machine through Docugraphics for the sole purpose of the service that John and Arnold give us. We've done business with Docugraphics for a number of years now and didn't have any trouble with our Xerox machine. Recently, we had trouble with it where it wouldn't print, and I'm blessed to be able to call Arnold to come and help us with it. He came out the next day and spent 6 hours at our office trying to fix it. He also took the time to help me on the phone the next day. Since our problem with the machine persisted, John and Arnold came back again and helped me with a new machine to limit our down time, and to get us back to our normal workday. they were both very professional and helpful, and I value the relationship that we have built with them over the years. Great experience.”

“My 7 year old wanted her ears pierced and we went to Claire's. We met Neely. OMG!!! What an amazing experience. She made my daughter feel really relaxed. My daughter wanted to cry but Neely was so gentle and caring with her. She did not cry!!! I have told everyone to go see her. I did notice she was the only one working. I hope she has help bc I work in retail and I couldn't imagine one person doing all that she was doing. Very great at multitasking too! 100 percent HAPPY!”

“If you're not drinking their coffee, you should be. This company served at the NCCA hosted by SES and made sure I was well caffeinated for the conference. Although I didn't talk much with the owner, I heard plenty of good things about him through others at the conference who had included the gentleman's passion for mission work and the process of roasting and making good coffee. No physical location to my knowledge, but if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely go looking for their mobile cafe!”

They put it on the alignment rack it was already in alignment so they told me and did not charge me for that. Most places would have not said nothing and charged me for a alignment or at east charged for putting n on the machine. I highly recommend this location”
