For 2 straight weekends, I’ve had to have tires replaced on 2 vehicles, and TIM has been a first class, five star, WONDERFUL help in the time of need. No matter the situation, he’s conversational, informative, knowledgeable, and gotten me in and out as fast as possible. For tires, he gave me 8, 9 different options, at most expensive $$$$ to least $$ & — wanted me to chose which was best for ME — not the other way around! Some places you go, want to take advantage, “make the sale”, and move on to the next person .. But Discount Tire simply does things the right way, and focuses on people, not just business. I also really like how they keep a record of the type of haircut you received, so the next visit can go the same if you want. I'm terrible at describing how I want my hair cut to someone so I found it really useful. I could really care less about the sports motif one way or the other, but everyone I've met there has fun with it and really seems to genuinely enjoy themselves. It makes for a relaxing and super easy-going atmosphere. Thanks! As someone else mentioned, the wait was a little bit long one time. I think it was the time of day / day of the week I went.
