He showed up on time with a professional setup, the work was done efficiently, and my house is back to looking brand new. Derrick also was very neat and meticulous. I saw him spray down any plants his chemicals came in contact with, and he told me that he had never damaged any plants but would be happy to replace one of it did happen. Clean Detail is a company I would give repeat business too because accountability is paramount this day in age and Derrick seems to possess this quality that so many lack. Fair price for the work completed, timeliness, organization, a job well done, and safe working are a few of things I think you could count on if you decide to go with Clean Detail. ”

“I recently was able to purchase my dream car. A 1998 Dodge Viper! I’ve heard about ceramic coating and was somewhat skeptical. After seeing some before and after photos, I decided to go for it. Denny is absolutely the best at this! He took the time to polish the paint to remove any slight imperfections. He then applied the coating layer by layer. The final product is AMAZING!! You have to believe me: pictures do not do this justice!! It looks like someone poured glass over the car. Trust me... if you’re sitting on the fence regarding ceramic coating, just do it! Make sure you have Charlotte Auto Spa do the work though! This is NOT a “simple” wipe on-wipe off application. It requires skill, patience, and a trained eye.”

I withheld the fifth star because though my tires and wheels get clean, the rear trunklid of my sedan seems to always retain a film. Overall the laser wash is very good and the vacuums are always functional. There is rarely a wait for the laser wash and I have never had to wait for a vacuum.”

“I went here for the first time yesterday and got my oil changed. Everyone was extremely friendly and the service was quick. There was no upsell; they checked out my car and said all was well. It was cheaper than other places for the oil change. The car wash left my car cleaner than taking it to a massive car wash. Also, it's nice to have my oil change reminder sticker say "God bless you" in this day and age. Will definitely return!”
