“This is a no-nonsense medical office. I just had my first annual inspection performed by Dr. Bettell and her nurse and was very pleased with the efficiency of the team. These were two very knowledgeable professionals. I was a bit concerned with the mixed reviews, but everyone was very nice and polite. This is a very efficiently run business and everyone appears to be very busy, so, if you are looking for a shoulder to cry on, this might not be the right place for you. I do like efficiency and accurate expediency. Everyone appears to be a bit pressed, but the delivery of the service was flawless and diligent. I received exactly the service and information that I needed and was very pleased with my first encounter. The delivery of prescriptions was fast and accurate and the lab results were very fast to receive. Some of the bad reviews seem to have been generated by difficulties with prescription refills. I do not have any experience to report on this particular issue at the present time.”
