Calah who answered the phone was awesome to speak with and me being a first time customer, took time out to see what I was comfortable paying with the services I wanted and explained how pricing are done. She was patient with me as I tried to figure the best day and time for me to come in. She scheduled me with Jamie with the reassurance Jamie will be able to do what I wanted. And Calah wasn't wrong. Jamie nailed my hair cut/style exactly. I had showed her two pictures and explained what I was looking for in both, combined. And Jamie GOT IT! Her hair style was similar to what I was going for, so she used her style and said what she would do to make it more of what I wanted. I loved being able to see the outcome in person. And like I said, Jamie delivered! The cut and style came out a lot better than I expected. Even my husband said while I had similar cuts/styles, he really likes this one, and its the best so far. I’m one of those that don't like the awkward silence when getting my hair done, and Jamie's personality was fun and I had a great time talking with her. And the price I paid for this awesome cut, just makes it better. I am so happy with everything, that I will be a returning customer to Revel Salon.”

The staff is so friendly and I was hesitant about getting SNS because the first time I got it 2 years ago it was so thick and awful. I also really like how they keep a record of the type of haircut you received, so the next visit can go the same if you want. I could really care less about the sports motif one way or the other, but everyone I've met there has fun with it and really seems to genuinely enjoy themselves. It makes for a relaxing and super easy-going atmosphere. Thanks! As someone else mentioned, the wait was a little bit long one time. I think it was the time of day / day of the week I went.
