“I was told by my daughters dentist to go to Palmetto family pharmacy in rock Hill to pick up her meds. When I arrived I saw a sign saying it was closed for repairs. I was directed to the Fort Mill location. The staff at the pharmacy in fort Mill were amazing! They filled her prescription quickly and were apologetic about the situation even though it was her dentists receptionist who forgot to tell me the rock Hill location was closed and had been for months. They even called the dentist office to ask why they aren’t telling people not to go to the closed office. We will definitely use and recommend Palmetto family pharmacy to fill any future medical or dental prescriptions!”

“This place is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is closer to a lounge as opposed to a the typical medical office. My only gripe is that is is very far from my house. Regardless of the distance i look forward to bringing my toddler soon to get her checked. They have a pediatrics/chiropractor and i think that's great.”
