“My father stores here and he is always talking about how nice the people are. As my father doesn't get out much I asked him how he knows this. He let me know the woman who works here always calls him on the third to remind him to make his payment, asks how he is doing, how his last doctors appointment went, etc. So I called the Public Storage and asked if she really calls my father every month. She does! My father isn't the only one either! She has a list of older customers that she calls if she sees that they haven't made their payment yet to remind them. She was an absolute joy to speak with as well.”
