“I experienced customer service at it's finest the other night at Verizon on the bypass. I walked into the store feeling frustrated and irritated at my lack of tech savy. I walked out of the store with a spring in my step and feeling elated that I would NOT be spending all day on Saturday at the Apple Store at South park. I have 6 people on my account and we had problems galore. One had forgotten their Apple ID, two wanted to switch phones, I had a new phone but was having problems setting it up and getting my pictures and contacts. Various people had told me to go straight to Apple but I took a chance and walked into Verizon. Adrienne Alexander is the new manager and she spend 45 minutes with me and sorted everything out. It was a monumental task.... believe me. While Adrienne was working with me, I watched Lucas as he was the epitome of calm dealing with an irate customer. By the time the customer left, he was happy. That's what it's all about ! I work with the public so I deal with frustrated people all the time (airline) and so I felt compelled to write a review. Good job Adrienne and Lucas!”
