I talked with Tiffany and her staff about our needs and decided to set up an installation date and time ( not a time window) a couple of days after. Tiffany arrived promptly at the appointed time and installed the new system in about an hour and a half. She also took time to show me about the new system and the accessories. Since we already had a central vac system I thought I knew everything about the attachments but nooooooo, Tiffany showed the basics along with a couple of newer attachments and their uses which are terrific.
