“Store remains busy from penny pinchers crossing the bridge to save dimes. Hope that 25 minute trip is worth the $2.00 you saved. That said, store runs efficiently considering its high volume. Lines move fast, store remains clean, hot dog station remains stocked, and food is made hot and fresh. Stop in the store several times a month and haven’t ever had an issue with the store. Ignorant customers? That’s a completely different story.”

They spent plenty of time explaining the plans and deals for us to make sure we had the most affordable plan. We decided at that time to move forward and switch Carriers and join T-Mobile. All 3 of us got the most recent IPhones! So far we have been very happy with the entire experience. This store has the best Customer Service and each employee feels like an old friend. For 2 straight weekends, I’ve had to have tires replaced on 2 vehicles, and TIM has been a first class, five star, WONDERFUL help in the time of need. No matter the situation, he’s conversational, informative, knowledgeable, and gotten me in and out as fast as possible. For tires, he gave me 8, 9 different options, at most expensive $$$$ to least $$ & — wanted me to chose which was best for ME — not the other way around! Some places you go, want to take advantage, “make the sale”, and move on to the next person .. But Discount Tire simply does things the right way, and focuses on people, not just business.
